Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
More than 48 hours before your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited. No additional cancellation fee will be charged.
Within 48 hours: Your deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the remaining service balance will be charged.
Within 24 hours or No-Show: Your deposit will be forfeited, and 100% of the remaining service balance will be charged.
LATE ARRIVALS:
There is a 5-minute grace period for appointment arrivals. Once you are 5 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to your service total.
At 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Appointments canceled due to late arrival are considered same-day cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy.
RESCHEDULING:
Appointments may be rescheduled one time without requiring a new deposit, provided the reschedule is requested at least 72 hours before the original appointment time. Your existing deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment does not qualify for a deposit transfer and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee based on the amount of notice provided.
